Delivery and Returns

Delivery of goods

Packages are generally despatched within 1 or 2 days after receipt of payment and are dispatched via DHL with tracking. A link to track your package will be emailed to your registered email address with us.

Return of goods

Please contact us to get authorisation for the return of any goods. We will provide you with our returns address which may be different to our trading address due to the Covid19 Pandemic.

All goods should be complete and in their original packaging.

Incomplete or damaged goods will be non-refundable unless faulty, in which we will cover the goods under warranty.

The Delivery cost is not refundable for items or orders correctly supplied by us. Only the price paid for the goods will be refunded.

Incorrectly supplied goods will be collected from your given address at our expense and a full refund including delivery costs will be issued subject to the goods being returned in a re-saleable condition. Opened, Used or damaged goods returned will be subject to handlings charges at our discretion. You may choose for the despatch of the correct goods to be sent at no extra cost to you.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms above.
